Turn a photo into an editable Word document
Photographed a document, a whiteboard, a printed contract, a book page? This tool reads the text out of the image with OCR and rebuilds it as an editable Word document you can correct, restyle and reuse — instead of retyping it by hand.
It accepts JPG, PNG, TIFF, BMP and WebP straight from a phone camera or a scanner. Language detection is automatic, with strong support for English and Hindi/Devanagari text, and the layout engine keeps paragraphs and tables organised rather than producing one long wall of text.

OCR accuracy depends on the photo: flat, well-lit, in-focus pages convert best. On clean scans the OCR layer measures a 0.000 character error rate in our golden-set tests; crumpled or low-light photos will need more correction.
Nothing you upload is kept: images and their conversions are permanently deleted within 24 hours, and processing happens in an isolated per-browser workspace.

Which image formats are supported?

Can it read handwriting?
No — the OCR is built for printed text. Clear print converts well; handwriting is out of scope and we'd rather say so than guess.
Does it read Hindi?
Yes — Devanagari OCR is supported, including documents that mix Hindi and English.
