This converts an uploaded HTML file. Fetching live URLs is deliberately not offered — a privacy product shouldn't be a proxy for arbitrary web requests.
External assets referenced by the file (remote images, scripts) are not fetched; inline and embedded content renders fully.
Remote images inside the HTML are not downloaded (privacy by design) — save pages as "complete" HTML for best results.
